COURSE PREPARATION

Instructors are responsible for preparing Blackboard courses and setting availability.

Copy Content

1. Access Control Panel of source course, click “Course Copy”.
2. Click “Copy Course Materials into an Existing Course”.
3. Browse for the destination course.
4. Select areas to copy and “Submit”. DO NOT select Enrollments.
5. Update semester specific dates and information, review thouroughly!

Course Availability

• Online Distance Education courses should be made available as early as possible on the first day of classes (but not before 12:00AM).
• Supplemental Blackboard courses should be made available before announced to students.

Course Control Panel > Settings > Course Availability
